Overview & Eligibility
With specific Member Behaviors (see in locations for detail) with Massage Heights your account will automatically build up RetreatPoints. Your RetreatPoints will give you access to discounts on services and retail.
Massage Heights has the right to award RetreatPoints to members based on their purchases, referrals and appointments. The myHEIGHTSrewards program is offered only to members who are 18 years or older. Membership awarding & redemption of RetreatPoints and other details will be the sole discretion of Massage Heights Corporate, LLC. The myHEIGHTSrewards & all its primary components including RetreatPoints, merchandise & policies are decided & implemented at the sole discretion of Massage Heights Corporate, LLC The above list is not exhaustive & can be modified by Massage Heights as & when required without giving notice or any form of communication to myHEIGHTSrewards program participants as individuals or groups.
Duration of the Program & Account Termination
The MyHEIGHTSrewards was launched on March 1, 2011. For each individual customer it begins automatically with their local Massage Heights. The program will continue till the time Massage Heights Corporate, LLC will run the program. Massage Heights Corporate, LLC has the sole authority to dissolve the program at any time, any RetreatPoints will no longer be active and entitlements to the program's existing members will cease to be available on and from that particular date on. Massage Heights is not liable to inform the myHEIGHTSrewards program members of dissolution or closing the program in the event of such situation arises.
We may terminate your access or suspend your eligibility for the myHEIGHTSrewards program and its benefits, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of others.
Entry into Massage Heights's Loyalty Program
To become eligible for the myHEIGHTSrewards a customer must be in good standing. Customer becomes eligible for accumulating RetreatPoints immediately upon joining Massage Heights.
No responsibility is assumed for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider / Internet / web site / use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Though the above causes are not exhaustive & changes to the same can or will be made at the sole discretion of Massage Heights Corporate, LLC as & when required without giving notice or any form of communication to myHEIGHTSrewards program members as individuals or groups.
Earning RetreatPoints
• RetreatPoints convert to a value of $1.00 RetreatDollar for every 100 RetreatPoints. Use RetreatDollars to purchase additional Massage Heights Services, Massage Heights Gift Cards, and/or Massage Heights Retail Products. Not valid for online purchase.
• RetreatPoints will be awarded based on Member Behaviors (see in locations for detail). The specific number of RetreatPoints that will be awarded for eligible purchases and activities will be available on the Massage Heights website. The definition of eligible activities and transactions, as well as the amount of RetreatPoints accrued for each may change over time.
• Only you as the person named on your Membership Account will earn RetreatPoints for your account. You may not transfer RetreatPoints from your account to another Member's account.
• RetreatPoints will not be credited for cancellations, refunds, unused bookings, or fraudulent bookings.
• We reserve the right to determine which activities are eligible for RetreatPoints and to make modifications at any time.
• You are responsible for providing your Membership number in order to earn RetreatPoints for eligible activities. You are responsible for ensuring that RetreatPoints are properly credited. You may report missing RetreatPoints by contacting your Home Retreat. Missing RetreatPoints will and can only be awarded if an error was found within Massage Heights Software.
• From time to time, Massage Heights Corporate, LLC may offer opportunities to earn RetreatPoints for bonuses, promotional incentives, or other purchase opportunities. Such offers may be temporary in nature. We reserve the right to modify or eliminate such offers at any time. The offers are void where prohibited by law.
• RetreatPoints, benefits and other services have no cash value and cannot be considered the property of the Member. RetreatPoints cannot be redeemed for cash.
General Conditions
Customers will be automatically entered into myHEIGHTSrewards once they become a Massage Heights member. Further, in the myHEIGHTSrewards, each customer agrees to release and hold harmless Massage Heights Corporate, LLC, its franchisees, licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, merchant partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use or misuse of the RetreatPoints or participation in any myHEIGHTSrewards program related activity. This Program is void where prohibited by law. Massage Heights Corporate, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the myHEIGHTSrewards program; to be in violation of the Conditions of Use of the web site, to be acting in violation of the sites Policies and Procedures; of these terms and conditions, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who accumulates
RetreatPoints. Massage Heights Corporate, LLC will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
Members accept that these Terms and Conditions are subject to modification, in whole or in part, at any time, and without notice. These Terms and Conditions have been in effect since March 1, 2011.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS & PROCEDURES
6.1. Cancellation by Member
At any time, the Member may decide to cancel his or her membership in the program. Membership cancellation means complete and total withdrawal from the myHEIGHTSrewards program. This severance causes all data pertaining to the Member to be deleted from the database, along with all RetreatPoints remaining in his or her account at the time of cancellation.
6.2. Cancellation by the Massage Heights Corporate, LLC
Any use of the myHEIGHTSrewards that does not comply with the present Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate cancellation and closing of the Member’s account, and deletion of all accumulated RetreatPoints, without entitling the Member to claim any compensation of any kind.
